With over 18 years of experience in the planning and property sector, Steve Grimster (Managing Director) established Grimster Planning in September 2019 based in Cheshire. Steve is a chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Having previously worked for two of the largest planning consultancies in the UK, most recently as Planning Director, Steve has worked across a range of development sectors including residential (including householder), commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure and leisure.

Acting on behalf of landowners, housebuilders and developers across the private sector, Steve has actively led the successful promotion of a wide variety of projects through the planning process in both England and Wales.

Married with 2 children, in his leisure time Steve follows his boyhood team Liverpool FC, is a keen motorsport enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his family.
