Secured planning permission for a re-planned scheme of 14 no. dwellings in Penmaenmawr, Conwy following a previous approval in April 2020 which was no longer viable. We provided supporting town planning services and co-ordinated the planning submission such that it addressed concerns raised by some members of the local community and the Ward Councillor. Planning permission was granted by Conwy County Council in July 2023.
