Led the preparation of a detailed planning application for the proposed development of 95 no. affordable homes on an allocated housing site adjacent to the defined settlement limits of Corwen. We led the pre-application consultation process prior to the submission of the planning application. A decision on the application is expected in Q2 of 2026.
