Led the preparation of a detailed planning application for the proposed development of 36 no. affordable homes on a greenfield site adjacent to the defined settlement limits of Caernarfon, as an exception site for affordable housing. We led the pre-application consultation process prior to the submission of the planning application. A decision on the application is expected in Q1 of 2026.
