Project Details

Provided town planning consultancy services to support the proposed redevelopment of a brownfield parcel of land off Green Lane and Liverpool Road in Cadishead, Salford, for the delivery of 49 no. affordable homes. This included preparing the supporting Planning and Affordable Housing Statement, and Design and Access Statement. Planning permission was granted in April 2026.
