Progressed a Stage 1 permission in principle application for the development of 1 no. self-build dwelling following an earlier appeal decision in which the Inspector accepted that the proposal constituted limited infill in the Green Belt. A subsequent appeal decision also concluded that the site was sustainably located and granted Stage 1 permission in principle in February 2026.
