Project Details

We have led the co-ordination and submission of an outline planning application on greenfield land, adjacent to the settlement boundary of a designated Local Service Centre, for the development of up to 27 no. dwellings. A decision on the planning application is expected to be made by Cheshire West and Chester Council in Autumn 2025.
