Assisted with the preparation of a reserved matters application for the development of 85 no. dwellings, and the development of adjacent land for 4 no. dwellings, in parallel to separate discharge of condition applications submitted to Telford and Wrekin Council. A decision on the applications is expected in Summer 2026.
