Co-ordinated the preparation and submission of a planning application for a replacement dwelling in the countryside, utilising an established fallback position using permitted development rights. We worked closely with the Council to arrive at a positive conclusion, with detailed planning permission for a high-quality replacement dwelling being granted in October 2026.
