Progressed a detailed planning application for a scheme of 20 no. dwellings on a greenfield site adjacent to the settlement boundary of Bunbury, on land which already benefits from an extant planning permission for 25 no. First Homes. We co-ordinated the preparation of the supporting Planning Statement and Statement of Community Involvement, collated and submitted the application to Cheshire East Council. A decision on the application is expected in Spring 2026.
