Advised on the preparation and submission of a Reserved Matters application for the erection of 75 no. dwellings and all associated works on the site of the former Warrington Rugby League Club stadium, a Deed of Variation to the S106 Agreement, and the parallel discharge of all pre-commencement planning conditions. A decision on both application is expected in Spring 2026.
