Prepared and submitted a detailed planning application for the change of use of an allocated (and approved) B1 use to a D1 use comprising 2 no. units for clinical/medical occupation within the wider St Asaph Business Park. This involved the preparation of a sequential site assessment of alternative land and buildings elsewhere within the County. A decision is currently pending.
