Prepared a supporting Affordable Housing Statement as part of the wider planning case for the development of 128 no. dwellings on a greenfield exception site at the edge of Flint in Flintshire. This involved an assessment of affordable housing needs and historic completions to establish historic shortfalls and alternative sources of supply. A decision on a planning application will be made in due course.
