Secured planning permission for a change of use from mixed B1, B2 and B8 use to solely B8 with ancillary offices in order to assist with the disposal of the land and buildings to an investor. Planning permission was granted by Bradford Council's Planning Committee in March 2020, within 4 months of submission.
