Led the preparation and submission of an outline planning application for the development of up to 59 no. dwellings on land in Flimby, Maryport, Allerdale. The site was constrained due to access and a site-wide Tree Preservation Order. Working with Officers, planning permission was resolved to be granted subject to a S106 Agreement in November 2022.
