Provided town planning consultancy services to secure planning permission for 26 no. affordable apartments in March 2022, involving the loss of an existing community facility (public house). This included extensive engagement with the local community and Ward Councillors which helped to shape the proposals. Torus is the Housing Association who will now assume management of the development.
